What is prop 1?

It is a proposed change to our NYS Constitution that was deceptively crafted and placed on the ballot by radical politicians, and it will have dire consequences if it passes.
Prop 1 is a Trojan Horse of epic proportions.
If it passes, it could:

  • Allow illegal immigrants to claim the same rights as New Yorkers, including the right to vote
  • Make New York a permanent sanctuary State
  • Allow boys to compete in girls’ sports
  • Give males a constitutional right to use women’s safe spaces such as bathrooms, locker rooms, showers etc.
  • Erode parents' rights to be involved in decisions regarding their children

Proposal One might sound like a simple “Equal Rights Amendment” but behind this feel good label is a Trojan Horse that has major consequences.
